I don't think this is a problem:
Part 1: Reverse-engineer the code, cryptanalyze it, and write a cracker program.
Phase 2: Have anyone buy VME98's Decrypt Only Version, run the cracker, and
email in the solution. To demonstrate how they did it: "I ran your challenge
through this freeware cracker utility, see. It took about five minutes. Oh,
and you know what, I didn't even use your decrypter... so I want my $10 back
because your product doesn't work, and then the $100K."
