Hey all! Here's the results of that DC-Net project I mentioned.
At the current moment, it's slow, buggy and doesn't incorporate any of the
extension my paper (included in the tar) describes, but it does work.

It lives at http://www.csclub.uwaterloo.ca/u/rlpowell/dc_net.tar

Given sufficient interest I'll make it more robust.
