Bah what a waste of time.

I have various version of PGP on my webpage for DL. No CGI scripts
checking IP addresses, No questions about citizenship (though there is a
page about copyright restrictions), no randomly changing url's.

Just put it up and be done with it. So long as we keep bending to the
illegal threats from these goons in DC things will never change!
