The numbers that follow are for 32 bit CPUs.
DES uses 128 bytes, there is a static 2k table used to do the key expansion.
3DES, 384 bytes.
IDEA uses 216 bytes, but can use 108 at reduced performance on some boxes.
RC4 uses 1032, but can use 258 at about a %20 performance cost (on most boxes).
RC2 uses 256, but can use 128 at reduced performance.
RC5-32-12 uses 104 bytes
CAST5 uses 128 bytes
Blowfish uses 4168 bytes.
