I imagine that would be because bonasi and lxr aren't currently
running/accessible on cvs.gnome.org, as indicated on
http://cvs.gnome.org :

"cvs.gnome.org web content is currently down as part of the migration to
a spiffy new server"

It must be _some_ migration, since that message has been there for at
least a week or two (no doubt more).
