I just downloaded 92.2.1 for windows and when trying to load it up it gives me this error message:

Cannot load module ../lib/pango/1.2.0/modules/pango-basic-win32.dll: One of the library files needed to run this application cannot be found.

This is a known bug for the 0.9.2.1 installer on Windows 9*. Please see
