release notes mention running out of version numbers



the recent release notes mention running out of version numbers before Dia
is ready to be declared 1.0.  (I'd have called Dia 1.0 long ago, I'm not
very conservative about version numbers, but that is not important).
I'd point out this comment about Nano version numbers as in version
Major.Minor.Micro.Nano

I think there is something much more elegant restricting the version
number to just numbers (makes it easier to parse if you want to check
something).

Of course the versioning scheme is entirely at the discretion of who ever
makes the packages but it thought it better to comment onlist rather than
suggest it directly.
