No. The order is not determined by the connections (which could have
strange results if lines connect to each other), but by the ordering of one
object atop another. Lower objects appear earlier in the file. You can
select all zigzaglines with the Select Same Type menu entry then move them
all to front, but that's not something you'd want to do every time.
