dia won't make without unicode.h

Hi,

I'm having trouble installing dia at home, where I use Red Hat 7.2 with KDE.

Dia can't seem to find unicode.h, and I don't know where to obtain this file.

Here is my error message:

Anyone know where I can find unicode.h?
