New prerelease

In light of the nastyevil bug I fixed, I'm sending out a new prerelease, 
http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/dia/0.91/dia-0.91-pre3.tar.bz2

Hopefully, this will be the last of its kind this time around, but please
check out if it works for you.
