Version 0.91-pre1 of the dia win32 installer is available from

http://dia-installer.sourceforge.net

I would like to apologize to James K. Lowden - the updated
PDF version of the manual didn't made it into the installer, it
was some minutes too late. However, I expect a new version of
the installer soon, which should benefit from the updated file.
