Dia Keybinding review, Gnome2 HIG

As previously threatened i have done my best to review Dia against the HIG

lots of comparisons against the gimp too.
It took me most of the afternoon.

please read it and make comments and dicuss, preferably here on the
mailing list or on IRC.

please use the Bugzilla report just for specific relevant comments and
summaries (unlike what i just did) rather than using it to discuss lots of
small suggestions and counter suggestions.
the bug report is already a bit long already (not by mozilla standards
tho')

You cant please all of the people all of the time, but i would like to
try.

I have CC'ed the Gnome usability list, i hope the will accept this
crosspost as help is appreciated and it is relevant.  (i am not currently
subscribed so it might bounce/take a while to be moderated)
I hope they will forward it to anyone else relevant rather than my
crossposting to more than two lists.
