dia-newcanvas status

Hi,

dia-newcanvas has been going ahead.
Since the last time, there is more items available (arc, lines,
connections, attract/attracted points and ... text rendered with
pango).
Text still needs some work, but already works with pango and zooming
enabled (thanks to alex for the help).

I'll review the code somewhat later to check memory leaks.
